Embarrassing Service By Nokia

Dear Sir ;

I have purchased a Nokia N73 set from Mobile Store 2 months back and since last 1.5 months I am finding frequent problem in calling any contact as key pad was not working. I have reported once .don not know what they did. Just 3 days after repair same problem again raised. Now they are taking nearly 15 days to deliver the set after repair. Most embarrassing service by Nokia. Please do not go for the perticular set. Also would advise all not to go for Mobile Store as their service found to be pathetic as well.
