Nokia N73
Not replacing my mobile, while it comes under warranty

Hi,

This is devesh from bangalore, i bought N73 two months back, i put it on charging in switch off mode after that its not started, then i took it to Nokia care centre in BTM 2 nd stage bangalore, they told me its water blockage problem, i don't know how its come, even i told them its not possible as it did not fall into water, now its about one month, today i get a call from them (meanwhile i keep asking them about the status of my mobile but they never give me satisfactory answer) and saying that its not possible for them to make it proper although it is under warranty they are not replacing it then what means of providing warranty for the set if they are not going to replace it.

could anybody let me know how can i get my mobile back (replaced)
