Nokia n-73
Delay in service

I had given my handset of Nokia N-73 for repair to nokia priority care as the keypad was not working on 15th jan. They told me we would return it back in 3 days. I went on 4th day they said it is still not repaired saying the circuit is not working properly come tomorrow. Next day again they said my handset is not there as our engineer is checking. So i fought with them and got another handset for use till they repair my handset. After 15 days they gave me back my handset saying they cannot repair i told them i would not give the handset they had given me for use untill u repair my handset. Till date i have not recieved my handset. I request the company to look into the matter as it being such a big company with such bad service. If the matter is not solved in 3 days i m going to lodge a police complaint and give it in newspaper. The nokia service centre where i have given my handset is Sion branch in Mumbai. Divine cell phone and my jobsheet no. is 195434038/090115/27
