Service under warranty

I bought a Nokia N73 mobilephone on April 1 with a warranty of 1 year

My Nokia N-73 had a problem with its joystick and i submitted it at a authorized service center of the company (Nokia Care) at Yamunanagar Haryana on November 27

They provided me with a jobsheet with a expected delivery back to me after 15 days

I visited them for the collection after 15 days from Nov 27, 08 but they provided me a next date after 10 days for getting my cellphone back

Now its been nearly 4 months that I still haven't got my cellphone back

and every time I visit their office they provide me a unsatisfactory answer and ask me to visit after 7-10 days

I am totally frustrated by the company responses
