Theft of mobile phone

It was in Mumbai on 12th of may when i was coming back to my home after 12 months of sea service. My train was scheduled to depart at 1255 hrs LT from Bandra terminus. I reached station around 1130 lt. Train came at around 1200 hrs lt. I boarded the train and secured my luggage. My reserved berth no.was 71. I was sitting at my berth waiting for train departure. After around 10 minutes a man came there claiming that his reserved berth is no.72. He told me that his family is sitting behind. When the train was about to depart he said that he will go to see his family sitting behind in some other coach and will come back in 5 minutes. But he didn't return back and the train departed. I felt that something has gone wrong and I searched my pockets and found that my Nokia N73 mobile was missing. On arriving Jaipur the next day i complaint to GRP assistance booth but they refused to take any action by saying that I am not going to get the phone back as the cell has been stolen from Mumbai so complain has to be registered in Mumbai. That is the reason I had to seek help of E-mails to register my complain as i was afraid that somebody will misuse my mobile. I hope that this mail would be taken into consideration and I will get the required help. I hope you will understand my problem of not getting back to Mumbai for lodging report. Awaiting your positive efforts.
