Mobile phone not taking under warrenty for repai

sir i vikas chandrakar purchace nokia n73 music phone on 21-07-08 now with imei num- 353548022769708

but unforunately frm end of june it giving me problem the nature of problem are

1) the speed of phone is very slow

2) it shows system error

i hav shown the phone in noika care aunder name p.s .electronics, pratap nagar, nagpur of receipt num -14141, they say that IC of phone is not working and they deny to cover it under warrenty i dont no why they say like this as my warrenty is till 20 july even though there are only few days left but it should cover so plz pay attention in this matter otherwise i hav to take next step of consumer forum if i not get any satisfication frm you
