Fabricated handset in warranty return

I m prashant vats, i purchased Nokia N73[Imei:358974015075215] for Rs.11, 300/- in April from dhanbad.

The handset developed some malfunctioning in December, like it switches off automatically, despite of being used carefully.

i made a complaint to the local nokia care center, dhanbad when the phone became dead on feb (withinh the warranty period), the care centre sent it to kolkata and asked for amomth timefor repairing the handset.but the period exceeded and we complained to the nokia consumer services, gurgaon on 26th march.they assured that they will swap the handset but with no guarantee .finally i got a fabricated handset april which just worked for 4 month and is again dead.

i m feeling cheated, as they appear to evade the warranty date given by them and i m with the dead handset after wasting 3 months in making complaint regarding its repairing.i m tired of making complaints, please help me if there is any wa
