Egarding joystick & rebooting problem

Hi

i have purchased my nokia n-73 from a authorised dealer of nokia from delhi.now i am here in ludiana.there are problem in my handset regarding joystick key & rebooting problem.they told me that if your handset is under warranty then they don't have joystick... but it is not in warranty period then they have..my handset is still not working properly till now.there is only one way out of this problem i should wait for few time till my warranty period expire.only after that my handset will working properly.is that? if they cant then why you are giving any type of warranty period..this dealer is in ludiana at fountain chowk.plz take care of this. I am waiting for your positive responce... sandeep chauhan
