Dear Sir/Madam,

I gave my N73 on 15/11 due to technical problem (phone showing memory full, and asking to delete some data), the problem was resolved on the same day, but after some hours the phone display disappeared. Today i.e.16/11, when I contacted them, they said this is due to moisture and that water has entered the phone. My phone was working properly until I had deposited it for the afore said problem, but now the nokiacare centre staff are asking Rs 850.00 to replace some part, saying that it is malfunctioning due to moisture. I am damn sure that there is something fishy, because I always protected my phone from moisture or getting wet. How is that possible that the phone's display disappeares on the same day when I get my phone back from the nokiacare, and not on anyother day. You are requested to take necessary action as early as possible and communicate it to me on my given contact numbers. Please note that the phone was purchased on 14/3 and is under guarantee period.
