Re:- Replacement of Nokia N90 set Colour Black IMEI: 353548021514113

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The mobile is getting switched off automatically while walking or making making any movement. Each day i need to switch on the mobile for more than 5 times. The phone even could'nt take incomming calls. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

Every time is visit nokia care they are least bothered to what i say and making me to visit nokia care for more than 4 times by giving lame excuses. i am not at all satisfied with the nokia care services and advise people to stop buying nokia products (esp higher end models)
