GPRS Disconnecting Problem

I Had Purchased Nokia N73 On 22nd August After Month I am Facing Problems With My Handset That My Handset GPRS is Not Properly Working and I have Submitted my handset on 4th of october and yet my handset is not repaired I have call so many time to nokia care centre and they telling me that Please call after 2 weeks and then we can say your handset status they are telling minimum 20 days site taken from every customer.
