Nokia N73
REPLACEMENT FOR NEW HANDSET

I had purchased new nokia n73 music edition on 22/08 and after 20-25 days my handset is not working with gprs getting disconected within 5 min. and i submited my hadset in nokia care on 04/10 and they told me that you handset is having some hardware problem and they sent my handset to L6 mumbai and still now i have not got the handset and my job sheet no. is 051434038/081004/34 so please help me.
