Nokia N73
No service from nokia care

I have bought new n73 and my joystick has became useless nd i hav went to nokia care bilaspur about 3 or 4 times nd they r giving no responce they r saying the parts r not available. They saying this from 2 0r 3 weeks but now if my problem will not solve by nokia care i will go to CONSUMERS FORUM nd file the case againt nokia. i want immediate solution.
