Nokia N73
New phone not working properly

First of all I thank to Consumercomplaints.in for all the helps made by them to get me a new set.

I received a new Nokia N73 with new IEMI number on 04/10/08 after i complained here for their refusal from service. The new set was nice and was working properly when i received it. But now, even a month has not passed and the camera of phone has stopped working. The same problem which was in the old set. Now the warranty has ended and i have not been given any new or extended warranty on my new set. What should i do? Please suggest and help me out.

Shouldn't a new IEMi No. carry a new warranty?
