Nokia N73 Edge Mobile
Company Sold me A Tampered Handset

I purchased a brand new N73 Edge mobile worth Rs11, 440/- from a Nokia Priority center on 20 July 08.

When I saw the phone it seemed ok but When it was put up for its 1st charging it did not charge.

The phone was first taken to the Nokia Dealer from which it was purchased. They told us to go to the Nokia service Center.

At the service center, they checked the phone and said the phone has been chemically washed i.e. tampered and thus we will not cover it under warranty.

I want that the company should take the phone back as who would tamper a 12, 000 Rs. phone that has been recently puchased and is very well under warranty.
