I had purchased n73 nokia mobile on 08/17/08 from THE MOBILE STORE, SHOP NO 4, CHENNAI IMEI NO 353548022098462, BATTERYNO 0670505393213P17422092311. I wenton to up grade my mobile through internet, during this process inbetween it switchedoff its own and does not restarted. i checked through service centre and found everything ok software gone. now i want know whether i can get software through internet or what shall i do for this problem. plz reply immediately so that i can use it.
