Nokia N73-M
Eplacement of earphone

Dear sir,

My handset is Nokia N-73m, i bought it in jan-08.Now last month i got problem in my ear phone so i went to nearby Nokia care center to get my earphone checked they told me that there is a problem in the ear phone it takes 15 days them to told me the problem and another 7 days to replace the ear phone but the new one I got from them is also not working well.

Now its my humble request to change it at ur earliest otherwise i have to go to consumer court for the solution.
