Mobile is not working properly

Hello Sir,

This Is Geetesh Gupta From Jaipur (Raj). I Purchased My Nokia N73m From Nokia Store Mi Road Jaipur On Date 10/03.and its IMEI no is 358973017620218, But After About 2 Weeks It Started Creating Problems Like

(1) It Switches Off Automatically Even If Battery Is Full Sometimes In Full Battery Also Shows Alert For Battery Low

(2) On Receiving Incoming Calls I Was Not Able To Hear The Caller’s Voice

(3) Its Front VGA Camera Was Not Working Properly

Then I Took My Mobile To Nokia Service Center 2 Times But Except Its VGA Feature All Problems Are Still Same Even They Have Changed The Speakers Twice & Also The Software Two Times

I Am Suffering With Mental Harassment Please Help Me To Cope Up With The Same
