Nokia N73 M often getting restarted

I bought my Handset N73 from Wavetel, Pursawalkam, Chennai on 3rd July'08.From the second day till today it is getting restarted 3 times a day. When i took back to them. They asked to go to Nokia Care. When I visited Nokia Care they simply formatted my mobile and loaded all softwares gave me back on 12.07.2008 & again on 13.07.08 it got restarted (without using memory stick), and again on 14.07.2008 again went to nokia care and got formatted again and now 15.07.2008 it is getting restarted. Now I have given to Nokia Care, Purasawakkam and they have given Job Card No.1903, ASC Code-089434038 on 16.07.2008.

But now what to do please advice?

Please replace my handset!! What is the procedure!

I am very much worried i have not used my handset usefully even one day what to do please advice?
