Nokia N73(M)
Company's refusal from repairing

I had purchased a N73 music edition last year on 21.09.07. It's a nice set to use but the services provided by the said nokia cares are not even at par. My first visit to nokia care was for whipping off the dust inside the screen. The representative there first refused to do so. He said that this problem is not eradicable. But when i told him repeatedly, he whipped the dust out but the way he opened the set was not expected from a nokia care.

The second visit to nokia care was for sound problem. He checked the set and asked me to leave the set to sent it to service center for repair. When I inquired about the problem I was told that the sound circuit of the set has blown. They took about 25-30 days to repair it. Any way the sound problem was removed. But it came from there with a new problem. The joystick of the set was not working properly. I decided to use the set for some days before sending it again to nokia care for another 25-30 days.

The third and final visit i made when my camera shutter also stopped working. I reported to nokia care on 27 August and registered the complain of joystick and camera shutter. As I had assumed the asked me to leave the set for repair. I did. When I contacted on 17.09.08, they said that the set has been returned because i had been tempered.

I has never got the set opened outside the nokia care. The set had been with them for about three months of twelve months of warranty. Now they say it has been tampered.

How could this be possible.
