Subject: I regret to be a nokia customer

Sir,

I bought a cell phone from Nokia (N-73M) and after eight Month the Joysyick start to giving problem and I went to nokia customer care Lajpat nagar branch they people took the phone and told me sir the phone has to go our Headquarter and it will take maximum 15 days to get back your phone and after 15 days I get back my phone

But after 4, 5 days Again the cell phone start to give the same problem and I went again nokia customer care Lajpat nagar branch they people told me sir I have to send your phone again Headquarter and it will took 15 to 20 days to get back ur phone, I giving my phone by 20th September and till date 23/10 I did not received my phone back and whenever I called and ask about my phone they people said its delay from our Headquarter.

I don't know what your company is all about with nothing in the name of customer care... I am regretting now to be a member of Nokia customer... Is this what you call Nokia customer Care

I think it was my grave mistake to purchase a Cell Phone from NOKIA
