SIR,
I HAVE PURCHASED NOKIA N73 ME MOBILE ON LAST OCT. THE COMPANY GIVEN 1 YEAR WARRANTY FOR MOBILE PHONE. IN THE MIDDLE OF ONE YEAR 3 TIME I HAVE WENT NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE FOR UPDATING SOFTWARE.(BECAUSE MOBILE IS AUTOMATICALLY GETTING SWITCHED OFF). BUT THEY HAVE GIVEN GOOD SERVICES AT THAT TIME. BUT LAST SATURDAY (03.01.2009) I HAVE WENT NOKIA CARE AGAIN TO UPDATE THE SOFTWARE. AT THAT TIME THE OFFICE STAFF TOLD THAT WE WILL UPDATE, BUT IF IT IS GOT DEAD, IT WILL NOT SWITCH ON AGAIN. IF YOU ARE TAKING RISK WE WILL UPDATE THE SOFTWARE.(FLASHING). BUT I DIN'T AGREED FOR THAT. MY QUESTION IS THAT WHETHER THEY ARE GIVING CUSTOMER SERVICE OR COMPANY SERVICE. BECOZ IN BETWEEN ONE YEAR THEY WON'T TELL ANYTHING ABOUT THE RISK. BUT AFTER WARRANTY PERIOD THEY ARE NOT TREATING US AS THEIR CUSTOMERS.NEXT TIME I WONT PREFER NOKIA BRAND EVEN FOR MY FRIENDZ & RELATIVES.
