3rd time same problem

Dearsir/medam myself Dipak Rana. I live in surat (Gujarat). I had given my mobile nokia N73ME on 10th july. 3rd time i had given my handset for same problem. but my problem is not solve till date. on inquire at nokia care i had not got proper answer about my handset.i am not able to understand why there is same problem again & again. i am facing so many problem due to handset.
