Nokia N73 ME
Brand New phone swapped with Older

Hi,

i had given my Nokia N73 ME (IMEI: 358973010787501) to Nokia Care, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi on 24th Jan'08. The target delivery date was 31st Jan'08. Today i got a call from the same saying that the phone has been replaced. I had purchased the phone on 8th Dec'07. The problem with the phone was that the camera was not working, when the camera was started the screen went black. I got the phone swapped today for a phone which was older and had scratches all over, but my original phone did not have any scratches as it was brand new. the people in the customer service say that the phone has been replaced according to the condition, which is false.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me out, as such instances not only cause your customer problem but also bring a negative publicity to the brand name.
