Hi, I have purchased N73ME (IMEI: 353641014607018) around 31st May. Recently I have a problem. It switched off automatically. When I start, it gets hangs in the opening screen and again switched off. There after it does not get started. I had submitted the mobile in the following NOKIA care point vide service job sheet number 2647 on dated 23rd Jun.

On 28th Jun I have received the phone. During checking I found that everything is working except Camera (which was working perfectly fine previously). I return them the mobile and they inform me that it will be done in 2 days i.e on. When I contact the NOKIA care point on 2nd July I was informed that it had been send to other centre and already been dispatched. I will be getting it within a day or two. The same explanation I am getting as of now also. I really doubt on the service we are getting on NOKIA phones.
