NON RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT ORDER NO.41755 OR NON RECIPT OF REFUND ORDER AGAINST CANCELLIATION

I have booked nokia N73 on 17.07.2009 by order No.41755 which is not yet received by me till date i.e.25.08.2009. I have also informed for cancelliation but every time they have informed it is under process will be updated within two days every they are telling like this. Hence I request you against the hindu shopping not giving perfect services at all times.
