I purchased a mobile phone Nokia N73 music Eddition in September The IMEI Number 356406011995965 and product code is 0543843 and warranty Ref Number APAINY 125159430, i faced so much problem with this product, till now 05 times it has been submitted to customer care center Tunni Telecom Roorkee. last two time it was submitted for repeat job to above customer care, till now it is under customer care from 12th July and job sheet number 458434038/080712/3, I am not getting status about my phone on namscareonline.com, it shows job sheet not found.

Please help us and give us a favour to get new Phone.
