Problem with customer care service

Myself Shrikant Lanje i m 3rd yr medical student.. i m having problem in my celljoystik .so i visited cc centre at nagpur..but they ask me 2000 rs.by implying some hypothetical possibilities..i used to love nokia .i prefered it instead of sony.. but now i think that was my mistake. you people care only for money n not for your customers... though you have your cel in warranty you have to pay for it, money money n money.thats what you want, you hurt me alot.. i will never buy nokia from now... regards
