This is to bring your attention that I bought a Nokia 73 Music edition on 25th November referring IMEI No :- 358973011128754r, From Pinaki Communication Kolkata with 1 year warranty. But after duration of 20 days I find that my mobile phone has SOUND Problem. When Music plyar working automatically volume low.

this is the kind of Customer Services Nokia provides to its loyal customer, I am unable to understand what levels of Customer-satisfaction, you are aiming to achieve. Plz give me a reason why NEW MOBILE SET creat problem.
