Vibrator, bad service

Sir/Madam,

I o.krishnaji, brought an N73 music edition in hotspots retails pvt ltd hyderabad on 18/03/08.

the imei no:358973016473544.I had one complaint of vibrator not working, i had hand over it to the satyam electronics, (nokia care) on28/04/08.Upto now 4 times they have phoned me that u r phone is repaired. But when i handled, the same complaint is repeating. Now also i hand over my phone to the same nokia care. my phone is in waranty condition only.the job sheet no is 422434038/080506/63. I want immediate action to be taken for my phone.
