Hi

I would like to refer to my recent purchase of N73 Music Edition handest from your priority dealer M/s Neuron Technologies, Opp. MSD School, Hanuman Chowk, Bhatinda (Punjab). I purchased this set on 2.7.08 vide reciept no.849 imei no. mentioned above. This is further to mention that the navigation key of mentioned phone got dislodged due to unknown reasons on 6.7.08. The phone didn't had any signs of dropping or any other type of mishandling (can be shown if demanded). I contacted the above mentioned dealer with proper purchase bill. But the dealer refused to do anything as he told me that panels are not covered in any warranty. He admitted that navigation key might get dilodged due to pressure in pocket. Now i would like to ask one question from No.1 brand in INDIA. I have used Nokia 3230 having navigation keys. My colleagues are using Nokia 6020 with navigation key, and normally everybody puts mobile in pockets. If navigation key of a set costing Rs.13000 are this much tender that they get dislodged due to pressure exserted in pocket. then how can we trust Nokia compared to local made chinese handset providing all functions equal to Nokia handsets. Further the dealers appointed by Nokia are of those type who don't even care to listen to customers complaints. This is further to mention that when i called on your customer care no. 080-30303838 on 7.7.08 your customer care executive tried to explain us in a very technical & lucid language like the part about which i was talking was "Cosmetic" and is not in warranty from 5 days within purchase!!! I wonder if Nokia appoints any "customer care managers" if any customers want to clear up there queries. Reply by your executives is "Sorry we cant revert you to anybody senior then us". Rs.980 demanded by your dealer for so called "Cosmetic" part within 5 days of purchase is not a big deal, but it shows the real picture behind our belief in Nokia as No.1 brand in INDIA. My motive behind this mail is to divert your organisations attention towards real brand equity of your products & services. I am not hoping any response from your side but atleast keep this in your mind, so that you can really be No.1 brand in INDIA. I would also like to remind you that ultimately customers like me, others have trusted & made you No.1
