Phone switches off automatically during call, in stand by mode, any time

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Nokia N73 ME few months ago. For last 1 month my Phone switches off automatically during call, in stand by mode, any time, even in single miss call, I have shown it to Customer Care Centre but poor response.

What should i DO???
