Dear Sir,

This is regarding my Nokia Mobile which i have bought in the month of March'09. Right from the beginning it is giving the problems and i have submitted the mobile so many number of times to the service center. You will not believe that my mobile is with the service center most of the time since after buying it. When ever i contact the central service Nokia, simply they are asking me to submit the mobile at the nearest service center and passing the time with out giving the proper support. Finally they have realized that the mobile is a faulty one and replaced with another mobile of the same model. Still the new one also having the same problem. When i contact the central service through mail, once again they are asking me to deposit the mobile at the center. This is getting repeated every time. I have the complete details and the communication in mail with Nokia care with me. Please help me in this regard and i am frustrated with the behavior of Nokia care. Please consider it as a complaint from my side on Nokia.

I am staying in Gurgaon, Sector 23.

Please help me in this regard.
