No important futures like birthday reminde

Two months before I bought Nokia N73 model phone. My phone affected by hanging problem. After serviced by nokia care chennai, India. There is no important future like birthday reminder, Oxford dictionary, sms timer. On sep 2009 again I had handover my phone to nokia service centre (same) they received and one week after returned to me (they said can not do). What is happening??? /

What to do?

Without any futures means why I should use this much costly phone??? /
