Nokia-n-73 series mobile
Charging problem

Dear Sir,

i have my mobile N-73, at a nokia care service centre near kodambakkam fly over, chennai on 05/02.The service engineer told as it would be rectified within 2 days and they will call back. but after two days, i called so many times to centre, but customer care girls were not responding properly and shouted against us. it continues daily, then we directly visit centre 2 times, but all in vain.

later by 14/02, we called up and went but then now also we waited 1 hour but mobile has not yet ready and they were not responding us properly.

kindly do the needful.
