Nokia N73/ THE MOBILESTORE
DEFECT HAND SET

Sir, I bought a Nokia N73 from the Mobile Store on 30/07. Invoice No. TN / 01124 / 00001 / 8225, I had problem wth the set when I brought home, 2nd day I went to the store and complained that the set hangs while talking, restart automaticaly and switchs off while talking, but the store was not ready to accept it, they said it is normal since it is new, slowly the problem will solve, but this conitues and I complained several times, they were not listening to me.

Finally I gave the mobile set to the store on 23/10, now they are saying since it is more then 2 months they will not replace, they will do the repair work and give me back. Even they promised me to give the mobile om 24/10 i, e, within next day but today is 29/10 i.e 7 days but when I call them they are giving me excuses not returning my mobile, please help me, please try to replace the hand set with a new one.
