INVOICE NO.MH/01288/00001/2450 IMEI NO.353954010944628. WARRANTY NO.APAINY095634225, PRODUCT CODE:0550414. THE SAID PHONE HAS BEEN COLLECTED BY THE MOBILE STORE ON 30TH NOVEMBER. I AM TOLD THAT I WILL GET THE REPLACEMENT BY 30TH DECEMBER WHICH IS TOO LONG A WAITING PERIOD. AS PER COMPANY'S REPUTE, I SHOULD HAVE GOT THE REPLACEMENT RIGHTAWAY. IT IS OVER 15 DAYS NOW AND I AM RENDERED PHONE-LESS AND THUS, HELPLESS TO RUN MY BUSINESS WHICH IS THE ONLY EARNING SOURCE FOR ME.
