Sir, Igave my n 76 mobile, which is in warranty to nokia care centre sparkle in chandigarh for the replacement of its body, it was given on 6 th of june and i was told it would take about a week, well it been almost 20 days and they are still not sure as to how long it would take, it seems that this series has been discontinued, may i know the exact status of my phone, and if its beyond repair i may be allowed to to take a new one of the same value.
