Complain about Nokia Care Najafgarh center for changing some parts of my cell phone

Dear Sir,

I visited Nokia Customer Care Najafgarh point on 06-30-09 to repair my Nokia cell phone N77 under warranty period. Only side volume key had to be repaired. I did not receive any JOB SHEET from them & they changed my joystick & there are so many scratched on the display of my cell phone. When I saw these scratches on my phone then I asked them where these have come from. They replied me that you have repaired your cell phone from the outside. But it was not so. This is the first time when I need to repair my cell phone. Their way of talking was not very good. They did not listen to me. They denied each and everything and they said that they have not done anything to the phone. But there are so many scratches on front side, back side and on the main display. Now my phone is not looking good as it was earlier.

Now, what should I do now. Please help me out of this situation.

Please Reply ASAP…….. Otherwise I have to go somewhere else.
