Mobile is not working

My mobile was not working problem (Nokia-78), I have given two times to Nokia center but still is not working properly, last time I gave this mobile to Nokia service center Lowerparel, Mumbai India before, before 3 days and job sheet number is MUM0582123, MUM0557686 but still they returned my mobile with damage, and I found Nokia mobile gives a lot of problem.

Really i'm not satisfied and frustated with Nokia care and nokia with the repair which had done and prior to that damanged my mobile still they says in simple it happens while doing.

Asks me to report it to Nokia.

Who is repsonsiblity for this damanged thing.

how many times do i need to visit the nokia and do regourous follow ups and the only fault i did is to by the nokia product.

Should have repsonsiblity if the customer is prucahsing the product.
