Faulty & cheap quality product

Hi,

I buy Nokia N78 form Indore. The Speakers of Phone Stop fnctioning in a month. The phone also hangs as times. when reported to nokia care They people just dont help you. they are issuing me a dead claim foe just a month old product.

What should i do now??
