Still I have not received any response from your side... my mobile is in under warranty.

So I am going to logde a consumer complaint against you in cosumer court.

No response from nokia customer care

Dear Sir,

I have submitted my nokia n78 for repaire by 12.10.08 and my job card no is 2996 .

I have already follow up many time but no body is ready to give me satisfy reply even your manager mr.bhushan and your nokia customer care head also.

When I visited your customer care center and i was surprise to see a security gaurd was handle all customer and use abuse lenguge..

There is no TAT available for repairing the mobile.
