Nokia N78
Repair taking more than 45days

I bought a nokia N78 mobile on 24th november billing wz done on my brothers name, i used nokia software updater to update my mobile and the phone went dead, on 25th november it was sent to nokia care, they replaced me with another set on 3rd january which was found defected, and was sent again for repair on the same day, i registered complaint in nokia customer care, and they said that i will recieve my phone on 20th jan on the same nokia care centre where it was submitted, today on 20th when i visited the nokia care centre, they said the phone is still in head office and it will probably take 10 days more.

Nokia care where phone was submitted: ssservices, 96/2, star press building, chunniganj kanpur.
