For bad service from nokia care ujjain

My cell NOKIA- N 78 was going on offline mode again n agin, n sopme times it was showing sim card rejected. i gave this cell on 20/01/09 on nokia care ujjain. they took n say that it will send to bhopal for repair. mu cells information r attached below. thje job sheet no. is 24972.

myself Bahadur singh purchasedthis mob on 05/06/08, from global telecom.now it is around a couple of month, here in ujjain nokia care now they say that mob was opened outside at some shop. i asked for the headoffice contact no. 07556531071.

the person Pranay here says after keeping my mob for these many days that it happens in 1 case out of 100 that we r unable to c this. if my mob was already opened at some other place, then they would have told me about that n would have rejected the warranty. this way they misguided me.

now i just want my cell to b replaced by new one, or ill take some legal action, under consumer protection act.
