i have purchase a n-78 phone and itz still under warrnety period

esnimei 352057020412999 and product code is 0565648

my warrenty ref. no is apainy181503345

wvery time they give me derivery date and they dont deliver it

i m ready to pat the entire expenses although itz in warrenty

i have registered complaint at TKAM infinity, a-88, masood pur vasant kunj new delhi

itz of no use

plz look into my matter otherwise i might have to take move to consumer court
