Eplacement of mobile

Dear sir,

I have purchased nokia N79-1 mobile on 4-07 having batch no 356387027384933, which in not properly functing .the same was inspected at jaipur costemercare office and, it was informed by them, that there is some problem in its hardware and it could not be reparied at jaipur office. The jobsheet no is 209433527/091027/13 dated 27-10.the jaipur ofiice also informed that the mobila has beeh sent to Delhi office for repairing.

sir i purchased this mobile with the faith that Nokia is no 1 in mobile product, but i was wrong, our priduct are not so reliable, i paid my hard earn money and i want full value of the same. I reqest you, pelese replace the same with the new one rather than its repairing.
