Theme colour autometically changes, repeat failure 288434038/090102/14 software problem

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I just want to convey my problem and seeking solution.i had bought Nokia N79 on December after on month i faced problem, phone LCD went blanck i got scared and given it to (AM MOBILE TELECOM PVT LTD) Nokia Care with the Job Sheet No.288434038/090102/14 after 10 days they had repaired and given back to me after two week again i faced problem with MMC.it was not working.i visited again and given my set .they repaired and given back but i was not satisfied with set, 3rd time i came across phone theme colour was changing automatically.i got frustrated and given my set back to them on 28'January, job sheet no.288434038/090128/68.i am totaly unstisfied and unhappy with the set .i had given requet to swap it and give it to me but they had repaired again.i need new hand set because its a high end set and i cant take tharice repaired set.
