Gave for repair ngage games was missing, wavesecure, oxford dictionary.indi sms, theme diy was missing

I baught a cel n79 from a shop hellow world adyar chennai after 20 days it started hanging and became very slow so i gave it for repair he told me it wil take three days so i went after three days he said it gone to delhi for repair it wil take around 5 days after 5 days i got may cel but it was slow n was hanging they didnt rectefied the problem at all i bought that cell on 4th november .so i gave it at nokia care at 11 dec showed them every thing it was slow video use to take around 5 min to open n n gage games, application like wave secure, indi sms, oxford dictionary, theme diy was missing i asked for replacement the person whom i met at nokia care in front of sathyam cinema was GANESH.HE CALLED HIS MANAGER PADEYIEN THEY SAID FIRST WE WIL SEE IF THE PROBLEM IS RECTIFIED SO WE WONT REPLACE IT .WE WIL REPAIR IT IT WIL TAKE 5 DAYS IT TOOK 8 DAY I GOT A MSG SAYING THAT UR CELL IS READY I WENT AND ASK THEN TTHAT U HAVE REPAIRED IT OR ITS REPLACED HE SAID U CAN CHECK THAT U CAN CHECK THAT AT DELIVERY COUNTER I ASKED THEM THEY SAID ITS A NEW SET THE JOB SHEET NUMBER WAS CHANGED IN THAT SHEET NAME OF CUSTOMER WAS CHANGED INSTEAD OF MY NAME SUM DURGA WAS WRITTEN AT THAT TIME I DIDNT CHECK MY PHONE BECAUSE THE SAID ITS A NEW PHONE WHEN I WENT HOME AND STARTED CHECKING THE PHONE IT WAS THE SAME PHONE ONLY THEY HAVE CHANGED THE COVER .TILL DATE IT DOESNT HAVE N GAGE GAME, OXFORD DICTIONARY, INDI SMS, THEME DIY, WAVESECURE, TELL ME WAT TO DO NOW I THINK I DID A BIG MISTAKE BUYING A NOKIA CELL
