Damaging my phone when i left it for service

I have a Nokia N79 phone which costs Rs.18000/- .After two months from date of purchase one of its speakers was malfunctioning so i lift it for service in JOY NOKIA CARE, PERAMBUR, CHENNAI. They changed my phone speaker but accidentally had damaged my phones screen. I quarreled with them and found its useless to speak with those people.
