Nokia n79
Applications are missing

I purchased nikia n79 on 13.09.2009 after 8 says its not working properly so i sent it to nokia care on 24.09.2009 they told me that cell should sent to the company for software. After 16 says on 09.10.2009 i received my cell by them and i found preloaded application are missing from phone so I asked them about they told you have to purchase these application.

Why should I purchase if they are free from Nokia they must provide us these application. Because this is not my fault.
